This home was a challenge, but we helped it sell in just 85 days, prior to home staging the space sat on the market for over 6 months and went through the hands of 2 Realtors.

This property proves that home staging doesn't have to be expensive. For just a couple thousand dollars we were able to transform this vacant space into a quaint home for either a first time buyer or someone looking for a pied-a-terre. We used the existing air mattress, along with another one and some bedding to set up this one bedroom Co-Op. This staging required some rental furniture including the couch, dining set and rug. Stylish Stagers, Inc. brought in the rest of the accessories to finish the look, along with a table borrowed from Adrianna Shamaris's collection.
